At Kwiqkart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India. All shipments are processed and fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners, including Shiprocket-enabled courier services.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location (PIN code)
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Courier partner availability
  • Service type selected (standard/express where applicable)

Final shipping charges are displayed before completing the payment.


Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time is typically:

  • 1–7 business days for metro and major cities
  • 3–10 business days for other locations in India
  • Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s tracking system.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across most serviceable PIN codes in India.

Some remote or non-serviceable areas may not be eligible for delivery. In such cases, the order may be cancelled and refunded.


Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier operational delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural or unforeseen disruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Kwiqkart is not responsible for:

  • Delayed delivery due to incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts due to unavailability of recipient
  • Returns caused by incomplete or incorrect information

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected PIN codes.

Availability of COD is determined by our courier partners and may vary depending on order value and location.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

In case of damaged or lost shipments:

  • Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery attempt or receipt.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
  • Resolution (replacement/refund) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
